Manufacturers minimum requirements annual for the homeowner to keep the boiler guarantee that came with the new boiler.

CP12 required by landlords to comply - this price is for the maximum of 1 Boiler & 1 Cooker only

Power flush with MAGNACLENSE clean - £539

Using a power flush machine with a two magnetic filters and system cleaner to thoroughly clean the central heating system of sludge and foreign debris, finally leaving the system with protection fluid.

New combi boiler swap - FROM £1,699

New combi boiler swap in the same location, this price includes Boiler. Price will vary depending on the boiler choice and what accessories are chosen or required.

Boiler 'strip down' service - £129

Full Service - strip down parts, cleaned & replace seals (new parts will be chargeable) ideally done every few years to keep this boiler in good working order and to minimis boiler faults.

CP12 required by landlords to comply - this price is for the maximum of 1 Boiler & 1 Cooker only including a boiler manufacturers service.

Chemical MAGNACLENSE clean - £359

Using a MagnaClense magnetic 2 filters and system cleaner to clean the central heating system of sludge, finally leaving the system with protection fluid.

New combi boiler new location - POA

Fix & Repair - POA

Boiler fault finding, only charge for the repair and not the fault finding - After investigation, quote will be provided, flat 1 hr fee of £90 will be charge if repair not purchased by homeowner.

CP12 required by landlords to comply- this price is for the maximum of 1 Boiler & 1 Cooker only in addition a boiler strip down service. (new parts will be chargeable)
